FAQ

Orders must be placed by 12pm CT to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped 2-5 business days after the purchase date. All standard US orders take 7-10 business days to be received. 

During high peak periods and due to the high demand with some of our products, please allow 5 to 10 days for us to process your orders before shipment. Sadly, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for the shipping costs. However, the product can be re-shipped after the shipping cost has been paid. UNLESS, you contact us in advance to make set changes.

If you are shipping to a United States P.O. Box, your package will be sent via USPS.

Package Lost/Damages

False claims of missing packages WILL NOT be honored. Meaning, if the postal carrier confirms delivery of your package but you claim “no package was received”. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

 If your goods were stolen, a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders have left our warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers must submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and  Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

Regrettably, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. It's out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence. We do our best to ensure all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. After 48 hours we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages.

What to do if you receive a damaged product

  1. Send a very clear picture of the damage along with your order number to our email. Antoclassic.info@gmail.com
  2. Give us 48 hours to respond.

Returns

Sadly we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Disclaimer: ONLY items purchased through Klarna are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Free postage is included. The package must be unopened and or unused to qualify. Restock fees, credits or exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued within 14 business days. Contact Klarna directly for updates concerning your refund. Return items can be set to the address listed below.
