Shipping policy

Orders must be placed by 12pm CT to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped 2-5 business days after the purchase date. All standard US orders take 7-10 business days to be received. We offer free shipping, unless you'd like your order expedited. The cost for expedited shipping can be viewed at checkout.

During high peak periods and due to the high demand with some of our products, please allow 5 to 10 days for us to process your orders before shipment. Sadly, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for the shipping costs. However, the product can be re-shipped after the shipping cost has been paid. UNLESS, you contact us in advance to make set changes.

If you are shipping to a United States P.O. Box, your package will be sent via USPS.
